YouTube! It is one of the most relaxing things to do in your spare time, or when you don’t want to study or even when the boss is not around. Killing time on YouTube is one of the best ways, just by watching cat videos or game plays or tutorials. On a scale of 1 to 10, I can say that YouTube scores a perfect 10. Because of its huge database of funny and exciting and informative videos.
But…! What if you wanted to forward a video? It’s quite difficult on the smartphones and tablets. You have to swipe your finger from left to right to reach the spot you want, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. Guess what! This is not a problem anymore. Because the new YouTube app update let’s you fast forward a video just by double tapping on the right corner of the screen. If you tap once the video will be forwarded 10 seconds, if you do it twice then it will forward for 20 seconds and so on.
This is a really cool feature I must say. There is not a lot of work now. You are at ease and carefree from not getting at the spot you wanted to be. You want to go forward, tap the right corner. If you want to go back tap on the left corner and you are all set. You are not only confined to move 10 or 20 seconds. If you want to fast forward a 100 seconds, just keep tapping and you will be good to go.
If you don’t have this feature yet, make sure to update your YouTube app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
